This Custom Clipboard was created through the concept of Hockey Calgary by combining the "Concussion Recognition Tool 5" with a CoachingBoard.com Clipboard. They then provided it to every hockey team in Calgary, AB to ensure that this information was available on the bench during a game or practice if a head injury was to occur.
