Returns & Refunds

Ready-to-ship boards (United States): We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on ready-to-ship boards shipped within the United States. If you're not satisfied, email orders@coachingboards.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return. The board must come back in its original, undamaged condition. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll refund your purchase to the original payment method.

Custom boards: Custom boards are made to order with your team name, colors, and logo, so they can't be returned for a refund or exchange. They are covered against manufacturing defects and shipping damage. If a custom board arrives defective or damaged, email orders@coachingboards.com within 30 days and we'll replace it.

Canada and international orders: Returns are not available outside the United States. Orders shipped to Canada and other countries are final sale. Defective or damaged items are still covered for replacement.

Defective or damaged items: We replace any board that arrives defective or damaged, regardless of destination. Email orders@coachingboards.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For defective or damaged items, we cover it.
