How your board gets made

  • 1. Upload your logo

    Drop in a PNG, JPG, SVG or WEBP file. We fit it to the board for a clean print. A logo pulled off a website is often too small, and we will email you before we print rather than print it small.

  • 2. Pick your colors and your name

    Set the colors on every part of the surface and add the coach's name in one of six lettering styles. Spin the board a full 360 degrees to check it from every angle before you buy.

  • 3. We print it in Florida

    Printed, laminated and finished in Kissimmee, then boxed with four dry-erase markers and two erasers. Made to order, ships in 5 to 10 business days.

Before you order

What logo file should I send?

PNG, JPG, SVG or WEBP all work, and the bigger the better. A logo pulled off a website is usually too small to print cleanly at board size. If yours will not hold up we will email you before we print rather than print it small.

How long does a custom board take?

Custom boards are made to order and ship in 5 to 10 business days. Ready-to-ship boards leave our Florida facility within 48 to 72 hours.

What does shipping cost?

Every US order ships free. There is no minimum. Canada is a flat $49.99 USD, shown at checkout before you pay, which is a lot on a single board. If you are shipping to Canada, email orders@coachingboards.com first and we will work out the best way to get it to you.

Can I order for a whole coaching staff?

Yes. The builder has a multiple coaches option that puts a different name on each board. For a larger run across a program, email orders@coachingboards.com or call 407-724-3681 and we will handle it directly.

What if I need a board the builder does not show?

Email orders@coachingboards.com with what you need. We build boards by hand as well, and we will send you a proof and a price before anything prints.

What comes in the box?

The board, four dry-erase markers and two erasers, at no extra cost.

Can I return a custom board?

Custom boards are made just for you, so they are covered for defects or shipping damage rather than change of mind. If anything arrives wrong, email orders@coachingboards.com and we will make it right.
